I'm just gonna put this up as a start.

Some things I was thinking....  It sounded like the guitar changed a little bit during the "Johnny Sunshine" outro part.  But then I thought it could be because it's a higher singing part than "you left me nothing", which kinda throws me off a little.  It's a little hard to hear the guitar because of all the singing.

The other thing is that towards the very end of the song when everything gets all quiet, and the bass notes are dropped (open A, and 5th on low-E), it sounds like the guitar is changed a little there as well.  And I'm thinking "what the heck is going on here!?"  I don't suppose there is a video of this song being played live...?

Anyway, the tab below is in eighth-notes, but you know the song, so you know the rhythm, right?
