I heard someone tabbed Slave, but I don't know where the tab is.  Does anyone know?

The tab is hidden in the Shank Hall thread over at the Liz Phair Forum: http://www.lizphair.forumsunlimited.com/index.php?showtopic=6309&st=20

Scroll down to JeremyEngle's post, which contains the correct tabs.

Here is a direct link:
http://www.lizphair.forumsunlimited.com/index.php?s=&showtopic=6309&view=findpost&p=100488

If you click on the Post # in the upper right hand corner of the post, it will produce a direct link to that post, which you can cut and paste in your clipboard.  (ctl-c and ctl-v).

See if I transcribed this down correctly:

http://www.geocities.com/halfcenturyproject/music/lizphair/guitartabs/slave.html

I'm not really happy with the overall appearance, but it was a test of extracting several posts from LP Forum and copying them into a basic webpage.

Please provide feedback.

Eventually, all tabs ought to be cleaned up and standardized before archiving them on the web. A good rule of thumb would be this: if JeremyEngle wrote it, chances are it isn't ready. See Aaron and folderol's most recent submissions -- that is how a tab should look when presented to the public.

I've signed up to do the HTML work on this, which will be a larger amount of work (for me) until I standardize on a basic packaging formula that I can crank out.

I need someone else to "clean up" the tabs themselves and make them look like the tabs that Aaron has posted.  I believe that he's using guitar pro to present them.

Each of the tabs archived on the net needs to go through the basic review cycle here in the threads and then they can be preserved.

I sorry, but I really can't do this entirely by myself.  Currently, I'm just posting what is showing up towards the ends of these threads, and as JeremyEngle has mentioned, they're not always in a good presentation format.

On a side note, the acoustic guitar that my wife got for me is still sitting in the box.  I haven't taken it out yet.
