Ok, I have tabbed Black Market White Baby Dealer.  Liz speeds up the tape, so it won't sound exactly like the recording, but I think it's what she plays.  Here are the chords used:

Db
x46664
Ab
466544
Gb
244322
E
022100
Bb5
799xxx

Intro: Db    This part uses little to no sustain, so make sure you lift your fingers after you strum to stop the lingering sound.  Same for the chorus and the bridge.  Everything but the verse is in 4/4 time

Chorus:
Db
My black market white baby dealer
--------------------------------Ab
Is hunting around overseas
Db
My black market white baby dealer
(This tiny part from Brings to me is in 6/8 time, the only part that is other than the verse)
---------------Gb------------------Ab--------Db
Brings back clean, fresh white babies to me
Gb-----------Ab----------------Db
Clean, fresh white babies to me
(repeat this for this next part and for every chorus)
My black market white baby dealer
Is rooting around overseas
My black market white baby dealer
Kidnaps clean, fresh white babies for me
Clean, fresh white babies for me

Verse:  This is also in 6/8 time
E----------------------Ab
My smile is dime a dozen
E---------------------Ab
My lips are cherry red
E-----------------------Ab
My eyes are blue like the sky is blue
E------------------------Ab
I got good shoulders under my head
E------------------Ab
I look like your mother
E------------------Ab
I look like your great-aunt
E----------------------Ab
So sit me down in the family photo
E-------------------------------Ab------------------Bb5 *
And everyone tells me that I, I look just like you

*(do this part in a shuffle rythym, again, quenching sustain by lifting your fingers.  Try this with only down strokes first until you get the rythym.

repeat chorus:
My black market white baby dealer
Is hunting around overseas
My black market white baby dealer
Brings back clean, fresh white babies to me

Bridge:
Db
He brings back
---------------------------Gb
Oh my God, he brings back
-------------Ab--------------------------------------Db
He brings back clean, fresh, white expensive babies
He brings back
--------------------------Gb
Oh Charlie, he brings back
------------Ab---------------------------------------Db
He brings back clean, fresh, white expensive babies

Repeat verse:
I come post-production
I don't need natal care
I'm already fully assembled
Down to the very last part, it's all there
So take me to your family
So take me to your home
Buddy, take me in as your next generation
And I'll take you out of the lost one and into mine

repeat chorus:
My black market white baby dealer
Is hunting around overseas
My black market white baby dealer
Brings back clean, fresh white babies to me
Gb-------------------Ab--------Db
Clean, fresh white babies to me
Gb-------------------Ab--------Db
Clean, fresh white babies to me

Saw Liz play this a few times in recent years. I'm guessing she got the chords right, because the original recording (as Girly Sound) doesn't sound unusual -- in other words, it probably is as straightforward as it sounds.

There may have been "issues" with tape speed or her guitar's tuning when the song was first recorded, but she was using beginner guitar chords when I saw her play it: D, A, G, E, B (actually a B/F#).

Here are the chords she used:

D
x00232

A
x02220

G
320033

B/F#
22444x

Definitely one of the simplest of her early songs; the novelty is all in the lyrics.

Whoops, forgot to add that the line most commonly transcribed as "I'll take you out of the lost one and into mine" is actually "I'll take you out with the loans, ten million to one." At least that's how she sang it in 2005...

I think your lyrics are probably right, I got mine off the internet.  I was wondering why they sounded off.  Thanks JE!
