Who owns the rights to the videos originally released with Exile in Guyville?

Although Liz retained ownership of the songs from Exile after 15 years, I believe, I haven't heard any mention of the rights to the videos made to promote those songs.
Does Liz control those as well, or do they still belong to Capitol Records after Liz's works switched from Matador over to Capitol?
I'm just curious, because I would like to see the videos show up on lizphair.com, but wouldn't be surprised that there are ownership issues with the videos themselves.
I don't expect videos from any of Liz's other albums showing up on lizphair.com, because the right still belong to Capitol for those songs and videos.
I'm also curious about whether or not Liz ever gets control of Whip-Smart. I suspect that Exile was a special case and Capitol controls Whip-Smart and the other albums.
ATO Records will, of course, control any future songs, videos, etc.
I suspect these legal issues are placing a hindrance to posting lizphair.com becoming even a portion of what it formerly was.

Good question. Most of them appear to have been shot for less than five grand, and promote songs no longer owned by the label. So it stands to reason that the label would have no interest. In any case, they seem to be available from youtube.
