From the titles, it looks like the 2 tapes that were on Liz Phair Experience before that site ended and a few selections from a third tape (although it does not look like a complete third tape.  Is the sound quality the same?

Yes, the songs from tapes 1 & 2 are the same files released by Gevaudan and Ken Lee back in Spring 2006.  The tape 3 tracks are from an ebay bootleg of some sort. ..  BUt they are definitely not from "first generation" sources like tapes 1 & 2.
